Step 1: Requirements Analysis
The customer provides design drawings, samples, parameter requirements, or specific application background. We assist with preliminary technical evaluation and project feasibility analysis.
Step 2: Technical Solution Confirmation
The technical team develops a process route, material selection recommendations, and preliminary design drawings (if structural optimization is required). We also provide:

Processing tolerances and critical control points
Testing standards
Step 3: Quotation and Contract Signing
Based on the confirmed technical solution, we provide a quotation, sign a technical agreement and supply contract, and clearly define the delivery time, warranty scope, and testing standards.
Step 4: Production and Quality Control
In our long-term ISO factory, we organize the production processes, including forging, casting, heat treatment, machining, and assembly. The following quality control measures are implemented during the project:
