In large equipment forging and casting, we have strong capabilities and a variety of state-of-the-art equipment, including a 120t refining furnace, an 80t electric arc furnace and a 40t medium frequency furnace. Our casting and forging processes benefit from a wealth of experience and a highly professional team dedicated to meeting the needs of our customers in a wide range of industrial applications. We provide a solid foundation for the manufacture of large castings through accurate processes and novel technologies. Before casting, we meticulously analyse the specifics of each part using modelling and casting simulation diagrams, which ensures our ability to identify and solve potential problems during the casting process, thus improving the quality and consistency of the parts. From the dimensional measurement of the model to the control of mould forming and the careful management of the casting process, we take comprehensive measures to ensure the superior quality of our parts.

We have three large heat treatment furnaces to meet the heat treatment needs of large mining equipment and other industrial applications. This ensures that the equipment has the hardness, strength and durability it needs. We believe that heat treatment is a critical step in ensuring the perfect performance of our products.

We insist on the highest standards of quality control to ensure the reliability and durability of each product. For critical equipment such as girth gears, our NDT standards are in accordance with ASTM A609 Class 1 testing standards. This means that our products undergo sophisticated quality testing to meet the most stringent industry standards.

Our strong production capacity allows us to cast up to 350t of equipment at the same time, providing a high quality, efficient manufacturing service for even the largest projects. Whether it's a huge piece of mining equipment or another industrial product, we've got you covered.

In addition to casting, we have extensive experience in forging and comprehensive equipment for a variety of forming methods such as forging, stamping and ring rolling. This ensures that we are able to meet the diverse needs of our customers, whether they are manufacturing large castings or other specialised industrial parts.
