Raw Material Control

 

Material quality is the foundation of product quality. Before production begins, all incoming materials are strictly verified to confirm their grade, composition, and suitability for the intended application.

Our incoming inspection process includes material identification, certificate review, chemical composition analysis, and traceability confirmation. We ensure that every batch of raw material is suitable for heavy-duty mining applications and complies with the required standards and technical drawings.

German GS-1000 Direct Reading Spectrometer

To ensure accurate and efficient chemical analysis, we use the German GS-1000 direct reading spectrometer for rapid elemental verification of metals and alloys.

This equipment enables fast and precise detection of key elements such as carbon, silicon, manganese, chromium, nickel, molybdenum, sulfur, and phosphorus. It plays a critical role in preventing material mix-ups and ensuring stable chemical composition before manufacturing begins.

Chemical, Mechanical and Microstructural Testing

 

For critical mining components, material performance cannot be judged by appearance alone. Depending on project specifications or customer requirements, we cooperate with independent laboratories to conduct comprehensive chemical, mechanical, and microstructural testing.

These tests help verify whether the material has the required strength, toughness, hardness, and internal structure for demanding service conditions such as impact, abrasion, load fluctuation, and continuous operation.

Welding Procedure Qualification and Welding Quality Control

Before welding production begins, welding procedures are qualified according to project requirements. Welding procedure specifications are reviewed and controlled to ensure that welding parameters, joint preparation, heat input, preheating, interpass temperature, and post-weld treatment are properly managed.

Heat Treatment Process Control

Final Inspection and Release Control

 

Before shipment, every finished product undergoes a final quality review. This stage confirms that the product has passed all required inspections and is ready for delivery.

Final inspection includes appearance verification, dimensional confirmation, NDT review, surface quality check, marking verification, packaging inspection, and document completion.

Only products that meet all requirements are released for shipment.
